Permit for fence
« on: March 06, 2014, 09:47:14 PM »
We are planning on putting a wired fence to keep the deer out of our backyard. Do we need a license permit for that fence ?

Generally a license permit is required in US from the local township whenever there is construction involved. Just call your local township office and they will let you know and that is the best source of information.

According to my thinking, its better for you to consult with your local fencing contractor. They will guide you properly.

It depends upon the rules and the regulations of your area. I suggest you ask help from a local fencing contractor for advice.
